Delivery

Darwin South Sea Pearls currently ships within Australia only.

We strive to get your order to you as soon as we can. Generally items are shipped within approx. 1 – 4 business days from placement of order. If for any reason your order is delayed, we will contact you via phone or email.

Once order has been shipped please allow 2 – 5 business days for delivery depending on your location. Orders are dispatched from our Darwin office.

Orders will be charged shipping and sent Express Parcel Post.

Collection from Hoskings Darwin Mall store can be selected at the checkout using our Click and Collect option.

Please note: To protect our customers Hoskings normally requires a signature on delivery for orders over $1000. If you are not home to receive your goods they will be delivered to your local Post Office for collection.

We do not ship or process orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

Deliver to Store

Shop online. Free pickup in-store.

  1. Shop online and add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and select Click and Collect as your preferred delivery option.
  3. Enter your payment details to complete your order. You will still need to fill in your address details even when you choose click and collect. You will then receive an email notification confirming your purchase.
  4. When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an SMS or email notification from Hoskings Darwin Mall store (please check your spam/junk mail).
  5. Your selected store to contact you when your order is ready to be collected (see timeframes below).

Note Regarding Store Collection:

Click and Collect orders will only be released under the following strict conditions:

  1. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation.
  2. Photo ID will be required to collect orders.
  3. When paid with a credit card the credit card used for the transaction must be presented to our staff upon collection. ie. Physical card must be sighted.

Collection Timeframe

We will prepare your order as quickly as possible.

Once it is ready for collection we will let you know. Click and Collect orders usually take between 1 and 3 working days depending if it's a weekday or weekend.

Once your order arrives in-store you will receive an SMS or email to let you know it is ready to collect.
